This local law covers local government cemetery, cemeteries generally, permits, enforcement and administration.
The purpose of this local law is to:
- provide for the proper management and control of a cemetery in the local government area
- regulate the disposal of human remains in the local government area within and outside a cemetery
- ensure proper records are kept about the disposal of human remains within and outside a cemetery.
