Active & Healthy program

Swim, dance, cook, stretch or run to a healthier you with our Active & Healthy program. With over 200 free and low-cost activities, there's something for everyone!.

How to get started

Please contact the activity provider directly for any bookings or enquiries. To participate in the Active & Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form. This form is available from the activity provider or by downloading and completing below:

• Active and Healthy Registration Form(PDF, 414KB)

For most activities, you'll need to:

• wear enclosed shoes
• bring a water bottle
• wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
• bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.

Activities will not run on public holidays.

Active & Healthy program booklets are available by:

• contacting us at healthy@logan.qld.gov.au
• visiting one of our customer service centres or libraries for a printed copy
• calling us on 07 3412 3412 to request a copy.
