Come along to this year’s annual Logan Eco Forum to learn, collaborate and build connections that enhance our local natural environment.

This year’s theme, ‘Nature is Protected, Enhanced, Connected and Celebrated!’, will be showcased through a series of free events for all ages.

What’s your Nature? with Costa at LEAF

Costa is Back! A true festival favourite, Costa Georgiadis, returns to LEAF to connect with the Logan community to discuss a range of hot topics linking to this year’s Logan Eco Forum theme of ‘Nature is Protected, Enhanced, Connected and Celebrated!’.

 

Have an opportunity to engage with interactive discussions and take part in Councils Eco Survey to make sure your voice is heard!

Family Adventure Day at Berrinba Wetlands

Saturday 11 June from 10.00am to 2.00pm

Bring the family along to Berrinba Wetlands for a day of adventuring in our local natural environment.

 

Kids (and adults) can participate in a number of activities that include nature walks, meeting creatures that call our waterways and bushlands home and creating habitat for wildlife in our backyards. With 8.5km of walkways and bike tracks linking 40 hectares of wetlands, you can also bring your walking shoes or bikes and enjoy the opportunity to connect with this beautiful natural area.

Regenerating Australia Documentary Screening with Live Q&A (online)

Regenerating Australia is a new story for our nation: a story of empowerment. A story of solutions. A story of regeneration. This short film based on a four-month interview process with a diverse group of Australians who shared their hopes and dreams for the country's future.

 

After the screening, join us for a live Q&A with Damon Gameau and industry experts.

Eco Community Celebration

Saturday 18 June from 4.00pm to 7.00pm

Celebrate our local environment and the initiatives that help to protect and enhance it at this afternoon event. Enjoy listening to inspiring discussions from special guest speakers, help us acknowledge the 2022 Logan Eco Award and EnviroGrants recipients, and connect through conversations with others who are wanting to better understand how we can create positive impacts for our environment.

Eco Forum participants will be given the opportunity to contribute ideas and experiences through Councils Eco Survey on how we as a community can lead the way in protecting, enhancing, connecting and celebrating nature.
