I think it's really great to have the new bikeways a lot more easily accessible to us as a family and particularly the boys are getting a little bit older now so they've all progressed from scooters to bikes they've not long got their new bikes this year so we really love getting out and moving away from the skate park sometimes and changing it up and going for some longer family rides

I think it's an awesome way to get the kids outside get them away from the iPads and the TVs and the YouTube and that sort of thing I'm a massive advocate for being outside and being active and it's a nice break for the boys

It's not too tough on the body my advice to other women who are looking to start riding or looking
to try riding the bikeways are a perfect way to try it out they're safe they're easy it's easy to terrrain it's nice to get outside it's something you can do either by yourself or with your family

You can even do it with girlfriends if you get some bikes it doesn't matter if you've got a really top-notch kind of bike or you can just grab an old pushy that you've got in the garage lying around so it's an easy way for myself as I'm getting older to just keep healthy and keep active
