What is it?
Logan Youth Action Group (LYAG) is made up of young people aged 14 to 24 years old who live, work or study in the City of Logan and are passionate about making a positive difference in the local community.
This group takes an active role in ensuring the needs of our city’s young people are heard, while also turning ideas into exciting community projects that they are passionate about.
Who can join?
The group is open to changemakers aged 14 to 24 who are ready to make Logan a great place to live, learn and grow.

What we achieved in 2022
- Over 800 students participated in our mental health and community safety workshops.
- Over 500 people attended our Koala Family Fun Day, where we raised awareness about environmental issues.
- Delivered 4 youth led projects to community in education and employment, mental health, community safety and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborated with our local Councillors and had meaningful discussions with the Mayor at a celebratory dinner.
