School Immunisation Program

Every year, we provide vaccinations to Year 7 and Year 10 students in their school setting as per the Queensland School Immunisation Program.

In 2024 your School Immunisation Program is going digital

We have moved to a simple digital system for your School Immunisation program. This online system, powered by VaxApp, replaces the paper consent form that was previously used. You create a digital profile and record consent for required visits for the year. This consent can be withdrawn by the parents/guardians at any time before the visit date.

How can I create/access my VaxApp Parent Portal Account?

Your school will send you a booking link to create a new account or log in with an existing one. Use this link to go to the VaxApp Parent Portal on your phone, tablet or computer.

You can also access your child's school VaxApp Parent Portal by visiting our School Immunisation Program Directory. Use your child’s school link to create an account or log in to your existing profile if you have already been to one of our clinics.

Find your child’s school in the School Immunisation Program Directory and log in using your email and password

If your child missed receiving the vaccines at school, you are welcome to bring them along to one of our community clinics. For clinic locations and to book an appointment, please visit Community immunisation clinics
