Recreation Trails Strategy

Recreation trails are used for walking, off-road cycling, horse riding and paddling.

Trails can offer many benefits to the community, including:

  • social and physical health
  • environmental protection
  • economic development
  • cultural connection.

We are developing a new Recreation Trails Strategy to guide the future delivery of trail projects across the City of Logan.

The new strategy will help Council and the community to:

  • continue to maintain and improve the existing trail network
  • provide a range of trail-based experiences for residents and visitors across the city
  • meet population growth demands
  • ensure environmental and heritage values are protected

Community engagement is an essential component of developing the strategy. Information on how to get involved is available on Have Your Say.
