Functional Fitness for Seniors 7th July 2023 to 28th June 2024
About this event
This fitness class will help with strength, fitness, mobility, balance and flexibility. You’ll use resistance bands, free weights and gym equipment. There is also focus on stimulating healthy brain function. An exercise physiologist will run this class.
Important information:
- Fridays between 7 July 2023 to 28 June 2024
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Please wear closed in shoes, bring a water bottle and any relevant medical details
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
