Logan is home to a network of centres, including four primary activity centres – Springwood, Logan Central, Meadowbrook and Beenleigh. Activity centres play an important role in the prosperity and liveability of our growing city. They’re located near major transport infrastructure and provide a growth corridor of state significance for development, employment and services.
Land use and development across Logan is guided by the Logan Planning Scheme. The Logan Planning Scheme does not apply to the Priority Development Areas of Yarrabilba and Greater Flagstone. These Priority Development Areas are managed by the Queensland Government.
