The Logan Planning Scheme helps us manage population growth, plan for a sustainable future and guide the way land is used and developed in Logan.
The current version commenced on 27 May 2019 (Logan Planning Scheme 2015 V6.0). It includes amendments adopted on 15 May 2019 (Amendments adopted and commenced).
The Logan Planning Scheme does not apply to the priority development areas of Yarrabilba and Greater Flagstone. Development in these areas is managed by Economic Development Queensland.
Accessing the Logan Planning Scheme
- Use the Logan ePlan to view the planning scheme.
- Use the Logan PD Hub to view planning scheme maps and find out which parts of the planning scheme apply to your property.
- Access PDF copies of the Logan Planning Scheme current documents and maps. (these folders include all maps, code compliance tables (MS Word), copies of separate planning scheme parts and an entire copy of the scheme). A summary of changes introduced in the latest version of the scheme is also available.
- To buy a hard copy of the Logan Planning Scheme 2015 or superseded planning schemes, please fill in our request form (PDF 394 KB) and email it to council@logan.qld.gov.au.
