You may need a development approval if you want to keep more animals than an animal keeping approval allows. For more information please contact council@logan.qld.gov.au.
Preventing your animals from being able to escape your property is an important part of being a responsible pet owner. Enclosures should be in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Enclosures must not be:
within 10 metres of a neighbouring dwelling
within 10 metres of any premises operated for the purposes of the manufacture, preparation, storage or sale of food for human consumption
within 2 metres of the boundary of the property
General requirements
As a responsible pet owner, you must make sure keeping the alpaca and/or llama does not cause:
