Aqua Aerobics 6th July 2023 to 27th June 2024
About this event
Take part in a fun aerobics class in the water. Beneficial for those at risk of injuries such as seniors or recuperating participants.
Important information:
- Please bring a towel, swimwear, change of clothes and sunscreen.
- Suitable for those aged 14 years and over
- Bookings are essential
- Every Thursday between 6 July 2023 to 27 June 2024.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
