Yoga (Parents & Bubs) 6th July 2023 to 27th June 2024
About this event
Rebuild strength and stability within your body in this parents and bubs yoga class. Take time out to connect with your baby and other parents in a supportive environment. This activity is suitable for parents and babies up to crawling age.
Important information:
- Please bring a towel and baby blanket.
- Every Thursday between 6 July 2023 to 27 June 2024.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
