Walk and Talk for Wellness 7th July 2023 to 28th June 2024
About this event
Walk and Talk for Wellness is about connecting with others, the world around us and being heard. Go for a walk and a chat with a trained facilitator with specialised skills in counselling. You can set the pace and what you’d like to talk about.
Important information:
- Booking are essential.
- Every Friday between 7 July 2023 to 28 June 2024.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
