About this event
Tai Chi can enhance balance, strength and coordination. Improve flexibility as well as physical and mental wellbeing with these classes.
Important information:
- Please wear enclosed shoes
- Suitable for those ages 18 years and over
- Every Friday between 7 July 2023 to 28 June 2024
- Bookings are essential
- Activities will only run during the school term
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
