Accessible services in Logan
We want Logan to be an accessible and inclusive city, where everyone is welcome. Our Disability Action Plan has over 100 actions we will take to improve access and inclusion for people with disability in the City of Logan over the next two years.

KRANK |

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) |
The NDIS takes a lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their outcomes later in life. You can find information and eligibility criteria on the NDIS website or call 1800 800 110. |
Early Childhood Early Intervention |
The Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach supports children aged under seven years who have a developmental delay or disability, and their families / carers. In Logan, The Benevolent Society provide ECEI support. Please visit the Benevolent Society website or call them on 1300 003 234. Carers Queensland Local Area Coordinators |
To access and receive support for the National Disability Insurance scheme, Carers Queensland provides Local Area Coordinator for people aged between 7 and 65 years old for people with disability and psychosocial disability. There is now a Disability Information Helpline you can call on 1800 643 787 for all kinds of COVID-19 related help and information. Its available Monday to Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm (AEST) and Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 7:00pm (AEST). It’s not available on national public holidays. |

Information and advice to people living in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), their supporters and accommodation providers is available on the Disability Housing Information Line website. Home dialysis and medical treatment water concessions |

Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) |
The Queensland Government subsidy funding for medical aids and equipment that is available to eligible Queenslanders with permanent / stable conditions or disabilities. Disability Parking |
Disability parking bays are available for use by people who have a disability parking permit. These bays provide more space and easy access to services. Our Community Parking Officers monitor disability parking bays to make sure the spaces are not used by people who do not have a disability parking permit. For a list of monitored facilities, please see Disability parking. Disability parking permits are issued by The Department of Transport and Mains Roads (TMR). TransLink Access Pass |

Vision Impairment Travel Pass |

Taxi Subsidy Scheme |

Companion Card |
The Companion Card can help you with the costs of getting out and about with the support of a companion.
