About this event
Adaptive aquatics improves mobility, confidence and water awareness. The low-impact classes are ideal for those with disability or injury.
Important information:
- Please bring swimwear, water bottle, towel, change of clothes and sunscreen.
- Suitable for those aged 4 years and over
- Every Monday between 10 July 2023 to 17 June 2024.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will only run during the school term
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
