Bootcamp for Families 1st July 2023 to 29th June 2024
About this event
A group training session designed to make health and fitness fun for families.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle and towel.
- Suitable for those aged 6 years and over
- Every Saturday between 1 July 2023 to 29 June 2024.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
