Football for Adults 8th October 2023 to 3rd December 2023
About this event
Come and learn football (soccer) as an adult and improve skills including passing, dribbling, tackling, and controlling the ball in a fun environment where balance, coordination and happiness is the focus.
Important information:
- Bring a water bottle and towel.
- Bookings are essential.
- Suitable for those aged 18 years and over
- Every Sunday between 8 October 2023 to 3 December 2023
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will only run during the school term
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
