About this event
This gentle workout is suitable for falls prevention. It’s ideal for people with stable long term health conditions or those who haven't exercised for a while.
Important information:
- Wednesdays between 5 July 2023 to 26 June 2024
- Please bring a water bottle and towel.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 10 December 2023 to 7 January 2024.
