Pole Fitness 29th April 2025 to 3rd June 2025

About this event
Pole classes offer a fantastic way to get fit, build lean muscle, and get a great cardio workout, all whilst having fun! Anyone can try pole fitness and learn how to do it with this 6-week program.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle, socks and a towel.
- Suitable for those aged 18 years and over.
- Bookings are essential.
- Suitable for those aged 18 years and over.
- Every Tuesday between 29 April 2025 to 3 June 2025.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
