Water and sewerage development
Infrastructure agreements are a contractual agreement between developers and Council. They detail the obligations and entitlements for each party, like the timing for the delivery of infrastructure works and the value of infrastructure offsets and refunds.
If you are considering an Infrastructure agreement, please:
- see Infrastructure agreements for water supply and sewerage trunk infrastructure for more information, and
- download our Request for an infrastructure agreement form.
For more information about the how water and sewer trunk infrastructure offsets are calculated, please download our Guidelines for Water and Sewer trunk infrastructure.
If you are returning a signed infrastructure agreement, please download our Returning an infrastructure agreement form.

Local government infrastructure plan
In line with Queensland planning legislation, we have a local government infrastructure plan (LGIP) to manage long-term planning and delivery of trunk infrastructure.
