Water and sewerage development

Infrastructure agreements

Infrastructure agreements are a contractual agreement between developers and Council. They detail the obligations and entitlements for each party, such as the timing for the delivery of infrastructure works and the value of infrastructure offsets and refunds.

If you are considering an infrastructure agreement contact our team.

Local government infrastructure plan

In line with Queensland planning legislation, we have a local government infrastructure plan (LGIP) to manage long-term planning and delivery of trunk infrastructure.

For more information about the LGIP and documents see our infrastructure planning and charges information.

For more specific information about water and sewerage planning reports and to find out if they apply to your development contact our team.
