The owners of Lot 19 RP 198619 (7 Twilight Court, Regents Park) are intending to sell their property as a ‘sub-dividable block’.

Our street cannot cope with another dwelling due to the already existing street parking issues, add to ongoing noise issues and the very fact that this is designed as a low-density area.

Our small street has already been subjected to one subdivision at 16 Bushland Drive (corners Twilight Court), taking it from an 8 house street to 9 houses.

Parking has become near impossible on the street, with cars often parked on footpaths out of necessity. Additionally, Lot 20 already shares 5 boundary lines. With another property on Lot 19, it would share 6 boundary lines which is ridiculous.

The only dwelling that could comfortably fit on lot 19 would be a double story, which would completely take away the privacy in the pool area of Lot 20.

This subdivision must not be approved.
