Water Wagon and Tap Cafe
Logan Water proudly supports the Choose Tap movement, promoting tap water as a healthy, affordable, and sustainable alternative to single-use plastic water bottles.
We’re excited to be involved in this great initiative that makes it easier for everyone to access free drinking water at events with our Water Wagon (for larger events) and Tap Cafe (for smaller events).
Water Wagon
The Water Wagon offers free chilled tap water at selected large events with a minimum of 500 attendees.
The Water Wagon has 5 or 10 dispensers accessible for a quick, easy and sustainable way for patrons to refill their water bottles at your event.
Below is a list of events that the Water Wagon has attended:
- Logan Eco Action Festival (LEAF)
- NAIDOC Celebrations
- World of Cultures
- FLAME Festival
- City of Logan Christmas Carols
The Water Wagon may not be suitable for large sporting events or events that run over several days.
Tap Cafe
The Tap Cafe is for smaller events where we offer tap water with a twist, dispensing chilled flavoured tea garnished with sliced fruit.
Some of the flavours we provide are:
- Strawberry and raspberry tea with seasonal fruit
- Tropical tea with seasonal tropical fruits
- Peach and pineapple tea with seasonal fruits
- Blood Orange tea with seasonal fruits.

- Salvation Army Little Carnivale
- Springwood Road State School 50th Year Anniversary
- Yarrabilba Family and Community Place NAIDOC Celebrations
- National Water Week Celebrations
Request the Water Wagon or Tap Cafe to attend an event
To request the Water Wagon, please submit an application at least 6 weeks prior to the event by completing the online Water Wagon application form.
To request the Tap Cafe, please submit an application at least 4 weeks prior to the event by completing the online Tap Cafe application form.
