Berrinba East State School Growing Well — A collaborative early intervention initiative supporting mental health and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 and their families through workshops, events, and resources. 2 6 October 2025 $10,000.00
Kingston East Neighbourhood Group Incorporated The ‘Logan Men's Health Awareness Project’ aims to create resources that raise awareness and provide practical and emotional support for men in the community. It will include producing a 2026 calendar of key dates for men’s health, a directory of men’s services and resources and testimonials from local men who have benefited from these services. 3,10 18 November 2025 $9,020.00 
Beenleigh District Community Development Association Incorporated Sow & So - A capacity-building program that supports community members living with a disability to develop practical gardening skills, independence, confidence and social connections, through hands on learning at the Beenleigh Community Garden. 12 14 January 2026 $9,965.30
Y-Care (Southeast Queensland) Incorporated An 8 Week Men's Health Program combining weekly group fitness sessions with mental health sessions, to create a safe and supportive space for men to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, reduce isolation and strengthen community connection. 4 26 January 2026  $8,300.00
Foundation For Independence Recreation and Social Training Incorporated (FIRST) An initiative that will provide training, skill building and meaningful work opportunities for people living with a disability, while supporting older residents in the Logan region. Participants will deliver gardening and light outdoor maintenance services to seniors and community members who can no longer manage these tasks independently. Each visit will also include intentional social engagement, fostering companionship and connection between participants and clients. 10,12 26 January 2026 $9,001.00
