Footpath works

Footpath construction works will be carried out in the areas listed below. 

These works are being completed as part of our Capital Footpath program funded by the Local Infrastructure Program (LIP).

The duration of these works are subject to weather and site conditions. Some activities may occur outside of the times above.

What can I expect?

There may be some impacts will be experienced, like:

• changed traffic conditions, including:
  • footpath closures
  • reduced speed limits
  • temporary lane closures 
• temporary loss of street parking and driveway access (if your property is affected we will notify you in advance)
• temporary relocation of bus stops as needed
• increased levels of noise and dust
• vegetation removal and/or trimming on reserve as needed.

If you have a Heavy vehicle parking permit and require allowances for your vehicle during footpath works, please contact us.
