The document explains each of our general rating categories, the criteria, the applicable minimum charges, and the applicable rate in the dollars. Please refer to our Annual Budget document for any additional information.
Objecting to your rate category
If you believe your land has been placed in the wrong rating category as shown on your rate notice, you can lodge an objection. To do this:
Lodging an objection does not change your current rate notice. You must still pay the full amount by the due date. If your objection is successful, any financial adjustment will be reflected in your next rate notice.
