General rate category statement

Our general rate category statement can be found within our Rates and charges information brochure(PDF, 122KB).

The document explains each of our general rating categories, the criteria, the applicable minimum charges, and the applicable rate in the dollars. Please refer to our Annual Budget document for any additional information.

Objection

If you think that the general rate category shown on your rate notice is incorrect, complete an objection form and submit it to us within 30 days from the issue date on your rate notice.

Please complete the Official objection form(PDF, 135KB) and return it to us before the due date written on your rate notice.

Lodging an objection will not affect the rate notice we have already sent you. You still need to pay the full amount by the due date.

If your objection is approved, your rates will be adjusted, which will be reflected on your future rate notices.
