Draft Logan Planning Scheme

Draft Logan Planning Scheme

Draft planning scheme update

Public consultation on the draft planning scheme closed at 5pm on Wednesday 30 April 2014. Council received 719 submissions on the draft planning scheme from a range of interested community members, landholders, and community groups.

Council is now considering every properly made submission and is revising the draft planning scheme based on this feedback. After the draft planning scheme is finalised, it will be sent to the Queensland Government for final state approval.  Once the state government has approved the planning scheme, Council will adopt the final plan and set a date for commencement.
