Toilets & BBQ area at Redcombe Park, Park Ridge

We, the residents of Tillerman Estate in Park Ridge, respectfully submit this petition to request the installation of essential community facilities at Redcombe Park.
Our community has grown rapidly, and the estate is now nearing full development, with most homes already built and occupied. As a result, Redcombe Park has become a central gathering place for families, children, and elderly residents. However, the current lack of basic amenities is creating inconvenience and limiting the usability of the park.

We request the following actions:

• Installation of Public Toilet Facilities
  The absence of toilets is a significant concern, particularly for young children, elderly residents, and families who spend extended time in the park. Access to clean and safe restroom facilities is essential for health, comfort, and inclusivity.
• Development of a BBQ and Picnic Area
  Adding BBQ facilities and a designated picnic space would greatly enhance community engagement and encourage outdoor social activities. It would provide families with a safe and welcoming environment to gather, celebrate, and build stronger community connections.
  These improvements will ensure that Redcombe Park meets the needs of its growing population and becomes a functional, inclusive, and enjoyable public space for all residents.
