Review of new flood mapping data ePetition

ePetition information

Petitions express the views of the Principal petitioner and may not represent the views of Council.

The latest Flood Mapping Data that has been released is showing levels of flooding that has not occurred and flooding at properties where there previously has not been any flood risk. This will impact property values and increase home owners insurance for those effected as a result.

This data needs to be re reviewed and an adequate explanation given to residents of Logan around what data the council are using to form the flood map.
