A new community facility is coming to Flagstone! This new facility will help meet the growing demand for community places and spaces, connecting the Flagstone area.

Flagstone is part of a Priority Development Area (PDA). This PDA is growing rapidly, with the population expected to reach 138,000 when fully developed.

Location

The site is located near the Flagstone Adventure Playground, along Parklands Drive.

Register your Interest

The Flagstone District Community Centre is opening in 2026. This will be a vibrant new hub designed to support the diverse needs of the Flagstone community. Whether you're a local organisation interested in leasing the facility, operating programs or services from the centre, or a community group or resident looking to hire spaces, we’d love to hear from you.

By registering your interest, you’ll help shape how the centre is activated and ensure it reflects the aspirations of the people it serves. Those registered will be kept up to date with the leasing Expression of Interest process.

Community feedback

We have sought community input into the design of the facility through meeting with the community and a survey. The feedback from the survey has now been collated to help inform the function and design for the centre.
