The Community Gardens Guidelines(PDF, 421KB) provides all the information your group needs to start and run a successful and sustainable community garden.

Guidelines include:

• Information on starting a community garden
• Tips and information about running a community garden
• Information on how to apply for a community garden on Council leased and/or controlled land
• Support available for community gardens.

Templates

The below documentation is required for all applications for a community garden on Council owned land. These templates may also be useful to garden groups who are starting a community garden on private land.
