Development in Logan

To help us manage growth and development in Logan, we are guided by the Logan Planning Scheme and Queensland planning legislation.

Some development, depending on the location and type, needs an approval. To get an approval, you need to lodge an application, which we will assess against the Logan Planning Scheme. To help you find out if your development needs an approval, please see Assessment criteria and categories of development.
