Water Wagon, Portable Water Stations or Tap Cafe

Logan Water proudly supports the Choose Tap movement, promoting tap water as a healthy, affordable, and sustainable alternative to single-use plastic water bottles.

We’re excited to be involved in this great initiative that makes it easier for everyone to access free drinking water at events with our Water Wagon (for larger events), Portable Water Stations (for medium sized events) and Tap Cafe (for smaller events).

Water Wagon

The Water Wagon offers free chilled tap water at selected large events with a minimum of 5,000 attendees.

The Water Wagon has 5 or 10 dispensers accessible for a quick, easy and sustainable way for patrons to refill their water bottles at your event.

The Water Wagon offers free chilled tap water at selected large events with a minimum of 5,000 attendees. The Water Wagon may not be suitable for large sporting events or events that run over several days.

The Water Wagon has up to 10 dispensers accessible for a quick, easy and sustainable way for patrons to refill their water bottles at your event.

Measuring 3.5 metres high, 2.6 metres wide, and 6 metres long (plus a towing vehicle), the Water Wagon requires a flat surface for parking. It must be positioned within 15 metres of an outdoor potable water tap and have access to a nearby drainage point for excess water.

Portable Water Stations

Portable Water Stations offer free chilled tap water at medium-sized events and locations where the Water Wagon may not be suitable.

With three self-serve units available, they provide a convenient and sustainable way for attendees to refill their water bottles and stay hydrated throughout your event.

Tap Cafe

The Tap Café is perfect for smaller events in the City of Logan, serving up to 500 attendees. It offers tap water with a refreshing twist—chilled, fruit-infused teas garnished with fresh slices of fruit.

Set up as a 3 metre by 3 metre marquee stall, the Tap Café features urns filled with chilled tap water and/or flavoured teas. Depending on the size of your event, the stall can serve between one and three tea flavours.

For setup, the Tap Café requires close access to a potable water tap.
