Kids School Holiday Yoga Classes

Each session is adventure-themed, combining yoga, storytelling, and playful activities to keep little minds and bodies engaged. Kids will build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence - all while having an absolute blast in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Suitable for age: 5 years to 12 years.

Please note:

• Bookings are essential.

For most activities you will need to:

• wear enclosed shoes
• bring a water bottle
• wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
• bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
