A hatha yoga class with a focus on the breath as well as physical techniques to preserve and channel vital force or energy. Combines some gentle strength poses with stretching and releasing tension out of the body. Excellent for mind and body and emotional wellbeing.
If the participants want to bring their own yoga mat they are welcome to, but optional.
