To have your missing bin replaced, you can:

We will leave a replacement bin on your kerbside in 1 to 3 business days.

Your bin must be empty to be repaired or replaced. If your bin already has rubbish in it, you can either:

remove the rubbish from the bin and lodge a request for the bin to be repaired or replaced, or
lodge a request after your scheduled collection day

After you have lodged a request, you will need to:

put your bin out on the kerb until it has been repaired or replaced (contractors cannot go onto your property to repair or replace your bin)
the bin will be repaired or replaced within 1 to 3 working days
if you live in a complex or have a support service, place your bin where it would normally get emptied.
