Feel confident to manage your own health and wellbeing in the community as you age. Find help navigating health and support services. Topics of discussion can include diabetes and dementia awareness. Topics such as scam prevention and carer information may also be covered. All sessions include morning tea.

• Activities will not run on public holidays

For most activities you will need to:

• wear enclosed shoes
• bring a water bottle
• wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
• bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
