Bookable spaces

Logan Libraries offers a range of bookable spaces for learning, connection and community use.

Choose the right space

Different spaces are available for different purposes:

  • Study rooms - for quiet individual or small group use.
  • Library meeting rooms - for collaboration, meetings and community use.
  • Community meeting rooms - for community, private and commercial hire.

Charities and not-for-profit organisations

Registered not-for-profit (NFP) organisations and eligible community organisations may be entitled to discounted hire fees.

If you are booking on behalf of a registered not-for-profit organisation, your organisation's not-for-profit status must be approved before you can receive the discounted rate.

You can provide supporting evidence by:

Community organisations can use eligible meeting rooms free of charge, subject to availability. Community meeting rooms with hire fees are charged at the commercial rate and must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

Private and commercial bookings

Private and commercial bookings:

  • incur the applicable hire fees
  • must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
