Plumbing compliance investigation

As your local council, we are responsible for investigating plumbing issues in Logan to make sure work follows the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018.

You can report a plumbing issue that may be unsafe, non-compliant or affecting your property or the environment.

This includes:

  • illegal plumbing work
  • sewerage or wastewater smells
  • greywater that has been installed or redirected incorrectly
  • stagnant water that is not draining properly.
