Dance (Adults ballet)

Classical Ballet enhances strength, flexibility, coordination, focus and musicality. The Adults Ballet classes are aimed at beginners, Seniors or returning dancers who do not wish to be challenged at an advanced level.

Water - dancewear

Suitable for age: 18 years and over

Please note:

• Activities will not run on public holidays
• Activities will only run during the school term
• Activities will not be delivered from 14 December 2025 to 10 January 2026 inclusive

For most activities you will need to:

• wear enclosed shoes
• bring a water bottle
• wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
• bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
