Swimming pools

Short-term accommodation with a swimming pool must meet the requirements of Queensland Development Code MP 3.4 - swimming pool barriers.

Your pool must also meet the requirements of the Water Quality Guidelines for Public Aquatic Facilities, 2019.

Advertising signs licence

Are State Government approvals needed?

Electrical Safety

Electrical installations on site must comply with the requirements of the Queensland Electrical Safety Office.

A copy of a current electrical safety certificate of compliance must be provided to Council on an annual basis with the application for the renewal of the licence or as required by an authorised person.

Alcohol

Business trading name
