ImagiNation Passport Prize Pack Competition – Terms and conditions

Promoter

1. The promoter of this competition is Logan City Council.

Competition Period

1. The competition opens at 9:00am and closes at 3:00pm on Saturday, 18 April 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to patrons attending the ImagiNation Children’s Festival on the competition day.
2. Children under 18 years of age must enter with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Logan City Council employees directly involved in delivering the competition are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

1. To submit a valid entry, patrons must:
2. Collect an official ImagiNation Passport from the Information Booth during the Competition Period; and
3. Visit all six (6) ImagiNation Worlds; and
4. Collect one (1) official stamp from each World, resulting in six (6) stamps total; and
5. Complete the required details on the passport, including full name and contact phone number.
6. Only fully completed passports with all six stamps and required contact details will be considered valid entries.

Entry Conditions

1. Entry is free.
2. One entry per person/family.
3. Passports are non-transferable and must be collected in person.
4. Lost, damaged or incomplete passports will not be replaced or accepted.

Prize Details

1. There is one (1) prize pack to be won.
2. The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
3. Logan City Council reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

Draw and Winner Notification

1. The winner will be drawn after the competition closes on Saturday, 18 April 2026.
2. The draw will be supervised by Logan City Council staff and drawn by a third-party independent.
3. The winner will be contacted using the phone number provided on the passport.

Prize Collection

1. The prize pack must be collected by the winner from a Logan City Council–nominated location.
2. Proof of identity may be required when collecting the prize.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted and does not respond after 3 business days, Logan City Council reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Consent to Contact

1. By entering this competition, entrants consent to Logan City Council staff contacting them for the purpose of notifying them if they are the winner.

Privacy and Promotion

1. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Logan City Council’s privacy obligations.
2. By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name and/or photo for promotional purposes related to the ImagiNation Children’s Festival without compensation.

Liability

1. Logan City Council accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with the competition or prize.

General

1. Logan City Council’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Logan City Council reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw the competition at any time if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
