Our 2025 achievements

  • Delivered the Lift Up Logan Project
    • Raised $1,572.98 through a Fun Run to support a local not for profit organisation that provides assistance to victims of domestic violence
    • Developed a youth support resource card
    • Delivered a social media campaign highlighting mental health wellbeing and celebrating members' achievements.
  • Presented at the Taoyuan delegation visit
  • Held nine LYAG meetings, fostering project planning and strong member connections
  • Volunteered at four community events
  • Provided a valuable youth voice at:
    • Community Leaders Connect Forum
    • Transform Logan
    • Striving for Gold – Logan’s 2032
    • Child Protection Family Fun Day
  • Organised a team-building day at Logan City Tenpin to strengthen team connections
  • Delivered two public speeches at the Child Protection Family Fun Day
  • Participated in
    • Mayors Mentoring Program
    • Youth in Action Empowerment & Diplomacy for Local Impact, Griffith University
  • Participated in three workshops
  • Hosted a breakfast event with Mayor Jon Raven and Councillors, followed by a guided tour of Council facilities
  • Celebrated end of year achievements with Mayor Jon Raven and Councillors.
