Wastewater inundation

When a water main break or wastewater overflow affects a property, Logan Water will respond as quickly as possible to reduce the impact on customers. We work together with property owners to coordinate the cleanup and any necessary repairs.

Logan Water may conduct remedial work as part of our commitment to supporting the community. These actions are taken without prejudice, which means they are not an admission of liability. Our focus is simply to help minimise disruption and ensure customers are treated fairly during an incident.

If your property has been affected by wastewater inundation, you may make a written application to Logan Water for a determination regarding any damage. Applications are assessed on a “without prejudice” basis.
