Latest Updates

We will soon progress to the stage of the Woodlands Drive Master Drainage Upgrade.

Project overview

We are delivering a major stormwater upgrade across Rochedale South.

Works on the Woodlands Drive Master Drainage Upgrade commenced in 2020. This complex upgrade is being delivered in stages across multiple streets.

We are investing in local neighbourhoods with new and upgraded roads, parks and drainage. The Woodlands Drive Master Drainage Upgrade means better storm protection for properties in Rochedale South during future wet weather events.

Project timeline

Construction is scheduled to start in mid-June 2026 and will take approximately 12 months. Please keep in mind wet weather and unforeseen construction conditions can cause delays to this timeframe.

Works will occur Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm (excluding public holidays).
