City of Logan Christmas Carols Lucky Door Raffle – Terms and Condition

  1. One ticket per family. An adult must be present when collecting.
  2. Tickets are free and must be collected from the designated booth before 6:15pm on the event day.
  3. Tickets are non-transferable and must be collected in person.
  4. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
  5. The raffle will be drawn and winners announced between 6:45pm to 7:05pm on Saturday, 6 December 2025 at the City of Logan Christmas Carols on the Main stage.
  6. Three lucky door raffle prizes to be won. The raffle will be drawn in descending order. 1st prize, then 2nd prize.
  7. The prize winners must be in attendance when the raffle is drawn to claim their prize, otherwise the prize will be redrawn immediately.
  8. The winner must present the physical ticket to event staff at the main stage to verify winning ticket.
  9. The organisers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.
  10. The organisers' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By participating, attendees agree to have their name and/or photo used for promotional purposes.
  12. By entering the raffle, you agree to provide your contact details and consent to being contacted by Logan City Council staff for the purpose of notifying you if you win the lucky door raffle. In the event the raffle cannot be drawn on the night, winners will be notified using the contact details provided.
