Featherstone Park community tree planting

Next date: Saturday, 14 November 2026 | 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Featherstone Park

We’re planting 800 native plants at Featherstone Park to create habitat for local wildlife. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or simply keen to get your hands dirty and give back to the environment.

Enjoy a free BBQ and refreshments, meet like-minded locals, learn about our parks and Bushcare program, and connect with Council’s Parks and Bushcare volunteers. You can also find out how to get involved in future environmental projects across Logan.

  • Bring: Enclosed shoes, sun-safe clothing, a hat and water bottle
  • Provided: Plants, gloves, tools, BBQ and refreshments

Bring your family, friends or neighbours and help make a lasting difference in your local community. Participant numbers are limited, so registrations are encouraged.
