Location: Moss Street and Kingston Road intersection Slacks Creek.

Vehicles involved: White Hyundai i30 and White Toyota Hilux

Description: Hilux turning right through intersection into Moss Street and collided with i30 traveling along Kingston Road.

Camera location: Camera on the corner of Mandew Street and Feluga Street.

Date and time: 15 September 2025 between 8:00am and 8:15am. Time period required was from when the 2 vehicles enter the video recording to 30 seconds after the incident (impact rear end collision).

Description of event: Motor vehicle accident occurred on Grandis Street at the intersection on Bryant’s Road, Loganholme. A black Ford Everest collided with a black Mitsubishi Lancer.

Documents lodged with Logan City Council by Shree Vibhuti Group Pty Ltd (ABN 43 676 842 925), trading as 8848 Momo House Jimboomba, relating to their food business licence for premises at:

Lot 3 of RP 899345, Shops B4/B5, Jimboomba Central Shopping Centre, 115 Brisbane Street, Jimboomba QLD.

Specifically, seek access to:

1. Design drawings, plans, and technical specifications submitted to Council as part of the application;
2. Any supporting documents or declarations provided by the applicant in relation to those plans.
