Our city vision

Logan 2075 is the long-term vision for the City of Logan, developed through Transform Logan and supported by 7 interconnected city-wide goals and measures that define what success looks like over the next 50 years.

Transform Logan brought together extensive community engagement, long-term planning and strategic thinking to shape the vision. It reflects the voices, values and aspirations of the people who live, work and invest in our city.

The vision provides clear direction for how Logan will grow and change over the next 50 years, helping ensure the decisions we make today support a more connected, sustainable and prosperous future for generations to come.

Our priorities

There are 6 focus areas for the term of the Corporate Plan that will help deliver the vision for the City of Logan.

The focus areas are:

  • thriving community
  • natural areas
  • waste, water and energy
  • high performing organisation.

Delivering the Corporate Plan 2026 to 2031: The annual operational plan

Each year, Council will develop an operational plan. The operational plan describes the actions and projects Council will deliver over the next 12 months. These ultimately deliver the strategic direction outlined in the Corporate Plan 2026 to 2031 and contribute to the long-term vision for the City of Logan.
